Easily accessible content of the website falls under free services. But to avail the personalized benefits or get access to detailed content, you need to register for the paid services.
REGISTRATION AND ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To use the MyAstroguruji website, you require to create an account to completely access it. To create the correct horoscope with accurate details, you need to provide personalized information during registration. The details used by the user should be accurate and if it isn’t found accurate or true, then we have will take strict actions and remove the User’s account permanently from the website.
The user is completely responsible for all the activities occurring under their id and email address and nobody else is to be blamed for in the future!
An OTP or password along with your email address is used to secure your profile details on the MyAstroguruji websites. No additional information is required to enjoy the MyAstroguruji (Daivya wellness) services. If you do not wish to register data on the website, you won’t be able to access special services by them such as personalized free horoscopes.
The MyAstroguruji website allows the use of services on the website by any user under certain conditions:
• Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to use the services on the MyAstroguruji website.
• If the user belongs to a state/country which is prohibited by law, or administrative action for entering into trade relations.
• If the User is a part of any jurisdiction/authority that restricts the use of the Services rendered by the Website.
• Due to any religious practices.
• If one user has created multiple accounts using various mobile numbers. The User is not allowed to have more than one active account with the Website, to avail the services.
WEBSITE WITH A FEATURE “CALL WITH ASTROLOGER”
Our website has a feature wherein you can get on a call with the listed Astrologer available through the medium of telecommunication. By agreeing to the current Terms of Usage, you are giving consent to the Website to arrange a call with you on your mobile number.
WEBSITE ACCESS TO THE USER’S ACCOUNT
To provide high-quality services to the user, we as MyAstroguruji.com have the consent to access the user’s account. Users permit consent to unlimited usage of their account, to address the customer needs most effectively, and keep a record of different cases to investigate the repeat complaints. The User is directed to read the terms provided in the Privacy Policy as regards such records.
MODIFICATION TO SERVICES, BREACH, TERMINATION:
• Any violation of the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms of Usage will result in the immediate cancellation of the User's registration if registered. We can discontinue, remove or block your account or services, without informing you in case of the following:
• The Website cannot verify or authenticate the Registration Data, or any other information submitted by the User.
• If any act by the user can cause legal liability to the website or other users.
• If the user has submitted false information for the Registration Data. Or violated the privacy policy as per the website.
GST WILL BE MANDATORY WITH EACH PAYMENT
• GST will be added with each payment that the user will make. GST is not inclusive in per minute charges. The user has to pay it extra with each transaction.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION
Refunds cannot be processed on an order which has reached the processing stage. No order will be cancelled or refunded once the product has been successfully made. The user should be very careful while ordering the products and should check twice before confirming the final order.
If anybody shops for a product (pendant, bracelet, crystal, gemstone in raw form) from our Astroshop, and finds something inappropriate with the product, he/she can ask for a refund within 3 days after the delivery of the product. The refund in the case of a product is not valid after 3 days.
The customer has to bear the return cost of the courier and not us!
The day we receive the courier and we find that it has returned in the right form, and is not damaged or broken, we will refund the money back within 15 days. Note that, the product should be returned in the same condition as it was delivered, with the bills and labels.
If a customer has refilled his wallet on our website but wants his money back, he/she can only claim the money back if they haven’t spent anything from that amount, and only within 24 hours of making the payment.
If the user plans to cancel a successful order, they should contact the customer care number within 1 hour of making the payment. The final decision is made by the website, whether to issue a refund or not!
Refunds are not possible in the case where the user has provided incorrect information knowingly or unknowingly. No refunds will be given for a damaged product. The user can change the incorrect information within 1 hour of placing the order on the website.
NO damaged orders will be refunded in case of Cash on Delivery. In the case of a return, the user shall be charged for both the cost of the product and shipping/custom/courier charges, if any.
We agree that the display picture on the website for the products is for reference only. We will deliver the same products as in the display picture on the MyAstroguruji website. The User is advised to exercise discretion in such case and no refund shall be issued on such grounds.
The products and services available are strictly not meant to replace any mental, philosophical, emotional, or medical treatment. The choice of the product to be purchased is completely the decision of the user and no interference is made by anybody else, and no refund shall be issued on such grounds.
No refund shall be processed for providing the wrong contact number. Once the call is connected, make sure you answer the call and are in a good network coverage area.
No refund is claimed once the call is connected.
In case the Website is experiencing any server-related issues while making the payment like ‘slow down' or ‘failure’ or ‘session timeout’, the user shall check with his/her Bank Account if the amount has been debited or not before making the second payment.
In case the Bank Account appears to be debited, ensure that you do not make the payment twice and immediately thereafter contact the Website via customer care to confirm payment.
In case the Bank Account is not debited, the User may initiate a fresh transaction to make a payment.
Note:
All refunds will be credited to the user’s MyAstroguruji wallet. Refunds are possible only in the following case:
• There was a network issue, causing an interruption in chat/call or a weak signal or background noise during the video/normal call.
• An astrologer is unable to respond fluently in the language mentioned in their profile.
• A consultant is taking longer than usual time to respond to the user.
• A consultant has responded but the response is irrelevant to the query asked by the user.
• No refund will be given in case of lack of accuracy of any consultation.
USER OBLIGATION
As a user of our website, you cannot violate the privacy policy, terms and conditions, and any other terms as defined on the Website. Your rights as an individual are your personal rights and you are not a corporation or any other legal business entity.
The user should not violate the following terms and conditions:
• The User shall not be a part of posts, policies that are false, misleading, defamatory, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, invades another's privacy, offensive, or harms the sentiments of any individual or group or religion or caste, copyright claim or trademark, violates or encourages any of these conducts.
• The User shouldn’t upload or otherwise make available any content that the User does not have a right to make available, under any law.
• The User shall not upload or post or otherwise make available any content that infringes any copyright claim, patent, or trademark that violates or encourages any of these proprietary rights of any party. • The User shall not send an unrequested email, junk mail, spam, chain letters, or promotions or advertisements for products or services.
• The user should not upload files that can contain viruses and damage your computer system, the software, and other important files.

Such violations, if repeated by the User, shall lead to a total ban for transacting on the platform by such User. If any balance is present in the wallet of the User, the same shall be refunded subject to the other charges that may be applicable for such violations.

These recommendations are made with absolute good intentions by both the Astrologer and the website but these make no warranty that:
• the service will fulfill your requirements
• the service secure or reliable
• the results that may be obtained from the use of the service or product will be accurate
• the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased through the website will meet your expectations
To make sure that the advice or help you are seeking is accurate, you need to be completely transparent with the astrologer about your emotional, mental and physical state.

You agree to indemnify, secure, and defend harmless MyAstroguruji.com and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, suppliers, consultants, and agents from all third-party claims, that have been arising from Your use of the Services, These Terms of Service will insure to the benefit of MyAstroguruji.com.
PROPRIETARY RIGHTS TO CONTENT:
You ensure that the text, music, sound, photographs, videos, and graphics used in sponsor advertisements or collaborations are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, and/or other proprietary rights and laws.
Nobody is permitted to copy, use, or create derivative works from the Content unless expressly authorized by MyAstroguruji.com, its suppliers, or advertisers.
NOTICES:
Except as otherwise stated in these Terms of Service, all notices to a party shall be in writing made via email/snail mail.
Notice shall be given in 24 hours after an email is sent, or 3 days after deposit in the snail mail, to the address provided by Member in the Registration Data and to MyAstroguruji com at the address set forth below:

ARBITRATION; INJUNCTIVE RELIEF. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising, in connection to this Agreement shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules in the Indian Law.
The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, selected in accordance with the rules in the Indian Law, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
